How do I receive my code after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a unique redeem code on the confirmation page and via email. Save this code — you will need it to claim your rank in-game.

How do I redeem my code in-game?
Join the server at GreodeGroveSMP.play.hosting, open the chat with T, and type /redeem YOUR-CODE. Your rank will be applied instantly.
Are ranks permanent?
Yes! All rank purchases are permanent and will stay on your account as long as the server is active. They will not expire.
Can I upgrade my rank later?
Absolutely. You can purchase a higher rank at any time and your permissions will be upgraded automatically when you redeem the new code.
What if my code doesn't work?

Terms of Service

Please read these terms before making a purchase.

1. General

By purchasing from the Greode Grove SMP store, you agree to these terms and conditions. All purchases are considered donations that grant in-game cosmetic perks and do not provide any unfair gameplay advantages.

2. Digital Products

All items sold on this store are digital goods delivered via unique redeem codes. These codes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not offered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

  • Chargebacks may result in a permanent server ban.
  • If a code was not delivered, contact support first.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, a unique redeem code is generated and displayed on the confirmation page. This code can be used in-game by typing /redeem <code>. Codes do not expire unless stated.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username. Greode Grove SMP is not responsible for codes redeemed on the wrong account due to user error.

6. Server Rules

Purchasing a rank does not exempt you from server rules. Staff reserve the right to ban or restrict any player regardless of purchase history if rules are broken.

7. Changes

Greode Grove SMP reserves the right to modify ranks, perks, prices, and these terms at any time without prior notice. Existing purchases will not be affected retroactively.
